Refund Policy

All products available here at Two Blooms are formatted as digital downloads and are non-refundable.

 Because of the nature of digital good, once a purchase download has been initiated, it cannot be returned. Thus, it cannot be refunded. This return policy includes requests associated with not having compatible software to use a purchase.

If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, please contact support for assistance: heather@twoblooms.com. We are happy to provide one-on-one help with installation, along with guidance regarding use of purchased products.
